Auction TermsTerms and Conditions REGRISTRATION In order to receive a bidder’s number, you must register. If you are bidding online, you must register by placing a legitimate credit card on file. If you are a successful bidder, your card will immediately be charged $1000 and you will have until 5 pm-CST February 15 to execute the purchase contract and pay additional funds to bring your contract deposit to 10% of your high bid. If you have been qualified as an online bidder and decide to attend the live auction on Feb. 13, your online registration will suffice. If attend the live auction and have not previously registered, you will register by presenting a driver’s license and guaranteed funds (cashier’s check, cash, or money order) in the amount of $1000 made payable to yourself.
DAY OF AUCTION DEPOSIT If you are the successful bidder, you will endorse the cashier’s check over to the auction company as part of your day of auction deposit of 10% of your bid. The balance of your deposit may be paid with a personal or company check.
CONTRACT OF PURCHASE The successful bidder must sign a real estate purchase contract immediately upon the conclusion of the bidding. A successful online bidder will receive a contract via email. The contract along with the required deposit must be received by 5 pm-CST Feb. 15.
BUYER’S PREMIUM A Buyer’s Premium of ten percent (10%) will be added to the successful bidder’s high bid to determine the Total Purchase Price.
